Liver Rescue 9 days plan

**Guidelines:

* Avoid: Gluten, Dairy, Eggs. Lamb, Pork products, Canola oil

* Reduce your normal consumption of radical fats (nuts, seeds, oils, coconut, animal proteins, etc.) by 50 % and wait to eat fats altogether until Dinner time

* Animal Products: Stick to One serving per day, eaten only at Dinner

* Substitutions for afternoon dates: Mulberries (dried or fresh), Raisins, Grapes, or Figs (dried or fresh)

* Focus on bringing in more fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens every day

* Eat and drink water as much as you need to feel full

*Avoiding foods that take a little more effort to digest is well worth the effort of passing on them during this part of the cleanse.

<First 3 Days >

Upon Waking: 16 oz Lemon or Lime Water

Morning: Breakfast and mid-morning snack of your choice

     (within above **guidelines↑)

Lunch Time: Meal of your choice (within above **guidelines↑)

Mid-Afternoon: 2 apples (or 2 servings applesauce) with 1-4 dates

(or above substitutions↑)

Dinner time; Meal of your choice (within above **guidelines↑)

Evening: Apple (if desired) 16 oz lemon or lime water / Hibiscus or lemon balm Tea

<Next 3 days>

Upon Waking: 16 oz Lemon or Lime Water

Morning: 16oz Celery juice at least 20minutes before and then have Smoothies(Fruits/Vegetables)

Lunch Time: Steamed Asparagus and brussels sprouts with Salad

Mid-Afternoon: 2 apples (or 2 servings applesauce) with 1-4 dates

(or above substitutions↑) plus Celery sticks

Dinner time;Steamed Asparagus and brussels sprouts with Salad

Evening: Apple (if desired) 16 oz lemon or lime water / Hibiscus or lemon balm Tea

<Last 3 days>

Upon Waking: 16 oz Lemon or Lime Water

Morning: 16oz Celery juice at least 20minutes before and then have Smoothies(Fruits/Vegetables)

Lunch Time: Spinach soup over cucumber noodles

Mid-Afternoon: 16oz Celery juice and 2 apples (or 2 servings applesauce) plus cucumber slices and celery sticks

Dinner time;Steamed squash, sweet potatoes, or potatoes with steamed Asparagus and brussels sprouts with Salad

Evening: Apple (if desired) 16 oz lemon or lime water / Hibiscus or lemon balm Tea
